Delicately melting truffle masses, delicious fillings or classic trempled cut pralines. In this course you will learn how to make, process and refine simple pralines into small masterpieces. Afterwards you can additionally visit our chocolate museum and join the fresh chocolate fountain.
Duration: 90 minutes including Chocolate Museum Visit
Price: CHF 69 per person / workspace (children without own workspace are free of charge)
