- Deliveries to CH/LIE are free of shipping costs from a goods value of CHF 35.00 (please note: not valid for House of Läderach Orders of "Special Gifts | Personalised chocolate")
- Shipping & handling fee for goods value below CHF 35.00: CHF 9.50
- Postage: A-Post, by registered mail (valid for summer months June to end of August)
Delivery Times by Delivery Zone & Online Shop
Below our estimated delivery times:
- Deliveries by Läderach Online Shop to Switzerland & Liechtenstein: approx. 2 working days
- Deliveries for House of Läderach orders "Special Gifts | Personalised Chocolate" to Switzerland & Liechtenstein depend on the preferred delivery method:
- via Mail: approx. 6 - 7 working days or according to your desired delivery date
- Pick-up in Bilten: max. 3 working days
We are eager to deliver Läderach products in a perfect condition. Nevertheless, our products can be subject to damages due the transportation and the delivery. In such a case, please contact us at customerservice.ch@laderach.com in order to find a solution together. If everything is delivered to your satisfaction, we would be pleased to receive some positive feedback.
Terms of Delivery
Delivery is made worldwide to 5 shipping/delivery zones: Switzerland/Liechtenstein via Online Shop Switzerland, Europe via Online Shop EU, United Kingdom via Online Shop UK, USA via Online Shop USA, Canada via Online Shop CA and for all other countries please select here.
Läderach online shop shall not be held liable for delays caused by events beyond its control, e.g. force majeure, traffic congestion, severe weather conditions or the unusual, unexpected holding of the goods by customs authorities, and such events shall not entitle the customer to withdraw from the purchase contract or claim compensation.
If not all the products ordered are in stock, Läderach online shop is entitled to make part-deliveries.
If the goods cannot be delivered through the fault of the customer, Läderach online shop shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract after three attempts at delivery. No refunds for unsuccessful deliveries (non-collection, incorrect shipping address…).
Payment
Cash on account.
Payment deadline : Immediately after receipt of the invoice.
