ARRIVAL BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT

From Zurich main station, take the IR 35 or the S25 to Ziegelbrücke, then continue with bus 513 to
Bilten Grabenstrasse

From Chur, take IR 35 or IC 3 to Ziegelbrücke, then continue on bus 513 to Bilten Grabenstrasse

The bus stop is a maximum of 5 minutes by foot away from the House of Läderach

CHOCOLATE MUSEUM

Tickets for the chocolate museum only (without chocolate decorating) are available directly at our Welcome Desk

The selfguided visit of the museum is priced as follows:

up to 2 years – free
up to 8 years- CHF 5
from 9 years / adults – CHF 10

GUIDED FACTORY TOURS

Tickets for guided factory tours in English are available here

Tickets for guided factory tours in German are available here

Private tours (min. 2 persons) can be requested via e-mail

Not suitable for children under 8 years of age

CHOCOLATE COURSES

Open chocolate courses in English are held every Sunday at 15.30 and can be booked here

Private chocolate courses are available on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Please book here

Course bookings can be postponed to a later date with at least 24 hours notice

CANCELLATIONS

Individual bookings can be changed to an alternative date and/or time, subject to availabilty, up until 24 hours before the actual event

In general, our products can not be considered gluten free and we recommend caution for persons with celiac disease

ACCESSIBILITY

Our premises are completely accessible for people with mobility issues

A wheelchair is available upon request

Accessible toilets are located in our lobby

DOGS

Dogs are not allowed anywhere within the House of Läderach, the only exception are certified guide dogs.

Please register guide dogs at the Welcome Desk

LUGGAGE

You can find free lockers for jackets and smaller bags in our lobby

Suitcases and other larger items can be stored at our Welcome Desk
